Job summary

LifeWave in Draper, UT is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support website and digital content initiatives. You will manage content updates, publishing, image optimization, QA testing, and cross‑functional project support in a fast‑paced global environment.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, basic CMS knowledge (Makeswift/WordPress/Sanity), and good communication skills. Some HTML/CSS exposure and design tool familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Experience with websites or digital content via internships or freelance work preferred.
• Familiarity with Makeswift, WordPress, Sanity or similar CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of website functions, navigation, layouts, and responsive design.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including proofreading.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exposure to HTML/CSS is a plus; design tools experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and UX/UI basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain website content using Makeswift and other CMS platforms.
• Ensure content accuracy, formatting, spelling, and grammar.
• Optimize images and digital assets for performance and usability.
• Assist with website QA testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Verify links, forms, promotions, and page functionality before publication.
• Support web content and digital marketing projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather content and complete tasks.
• Identify and report website issues and content errors.
• Assist with routine website audits and maintenance activities.
• Support launches and promotions outside standard hours for global markets.
• Monitor content to ensure brand standards and UX best practices.
