Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation's Kerr division is seeking a Web Content Specialist to manage and publish digital content across global online channels, coordinating with content owners, authors, and cross-functional teams to meet rollout timelines and maintain brand quality.

You will oversee the full publishing lifecycle, perform QA checks, ensure accessibility and UX across devices, and work with Magento, DXP/Drupal and JIRA to support product launches and ongoing site enhancements.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 3-5 years of Web Publisher experience with CMS platforms (Magento, DXP/Drupal).
• Strong UX, design principles, and content best practices.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Publishing and updating content across Kerr’s websites to ensure consistent, relevant, and timely web releases.
• Coordinating with content editors, authors, and the global translation/localization team to prepare content plans for product launches, campaigns, events, and other key digital initiatives.
• Supporting UI/UX activities for website and online projects.
• Monitoring site performance and making data-driven recommendations to improve content quality, usefulness, and user experience.
• Managing backend site structure and workflows in Magento, DXP/Drupal and JIRA content publishing requests according to processes.
• Identifying and reporting website issues and improvement opportunities with web dev and IT teams.
