Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, tracking stock levels, minimizing waste, proper material rotation.
• Ensure operations adhere to policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and keep the warehouse organized.
• Develop strategies to optimize layout and efficiency, reducing product damage.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and shipping to ensure timely delivery and receipt.
• Drive productivity by implementing best practices and process improvements.
• Enforce safety protocols; train personnel on equipment use and safety guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, inventory accuracy, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with international teams to coordinate cross-border shipments and comply with customs/regulations.
• Ensure equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks are properly maintained.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of solar modules and materials.
• Lead a team of warehouse workers, including staffing, training, performance monitoring, and providing guidance to meet operational goals and productivity targets.
• Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring the accurate tracking of stock levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring proper rotation of materials.
• Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards for quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout and organization to improve efficiency and minimize product damage.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and shipping departments to coordinate the timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements by implementing best practices and process enhancements.
• Maintain and enforces strict safety protocols, ensuring all warehouse personnel are trained on equipment usage and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and employee performance.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus (especially in Spanish).
