Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Warehouse Equipment Platform Engineering to lead development, engineering and global standardization of warehouse automation equipment platforms. You will define platform requirements, partner with plants, and drive concept-to-completion for greenfield and brownfield projects.

You will work with AMR, AS/RS, four-way shuttle, AGVs, robotic picking, goods-to-person, and automated truck loading solutions, ensuring safety,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in warehouse automation engineering, design, deployment, or operations.
Experience with AMR, AS/RS, four-way shuttle, AGV, robotic picking, goods-to-person, or automated truck-loading.
Experience developing equipment specifications and leading design reviews.
Knowledge of warehouse software and controls integration (WMS, WES, WCS, MES, PLCs).
Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

Own and govern global catalog of warehouse equipment platforms.
Develop and maintain technical standards and reference configurations.
Define platform requirements for safety, throughput, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with plants and project teams to translate demand into equipment concepts.
Support greenfield and brownfield projects through design, commissioning, and handover.
Work with manufacturers and system integrators through reviews and acceptance testing.
Support creation of reusable tools, templates, and governance processes.
