Job summary

3MD Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Operations Manager I to oversee warehousing, inventory accuracy, receipt and dispatch operations, transportation, and global logistics.

You will validate value, country of origin, and HS classifications for import/export transactions, and work with affiliates to secure necessary certificates and documentation. Collaboration with procurement and sales support is essential to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics or related fields.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and trade compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations in line with company policies.
• Ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and internal controls.
• Maintain standard systems at the warehouse and control inventory.
• Develop stocking plans and monitor inbound/outbound activities.
• Prepare and publish stock reports and MIS.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff; manage freight and brokers.
• Ensure safety, security, and housekeeping in the warehouse.
