Job summary

eBay is seeking an experienced product leader to own the international growth of eBay Balance, our stored-value wallet. You will define how Balance serves customers outside the U.S., starting with Canada, Australia, and selected European markets.

This is an end-to-end product ownership role—identify high-potential use cases, shape strategy, launch capabilities, and drive adoption. You will work at the intersection of payments, commerce, and financial services, influencing teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with payments or fintech.
• Experience shipping complex products across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, wallet experiences and money movement.
• Proven ability to translate opportunities into strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the international product strategy and roadmap for eBay Balance across markets.
• Identify valuable regional customer problems and create differentiated value.
• Design and improve the stored-value lifecycle: receive funds, reload, hold, spend.
• Lead new features, incentives, and experiences to drive activation and growth.
• Partner with stakeholders across engineering, design, analytics, risk, legal, and ops.
