Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Vice President of TLOD Partnering to lead the global TLOD function, shaping enterprise talent, learning, and organizational development strategies across the enterprise.

You will manage a global team, partner with HRBPs, COEs, and C-suite clients, drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development, and ensure flawless execution of TLOD initiatives that advance the People Strategy.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a global, matrixed business environment.
• Proven ability to partner with HR, COE, and senior leaders.
• Strong track record of operational excellence and flawless execution of TLOD initiatives.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, performance management, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of TLOD Partners and Advisors across Care Delivery, Care Enablement, and Global Functions.
• Consult with executive HRBPs, COEs and C-suite clients to deliver end-to-end TLOD solutions.
• Oversee Performance Management, Organization Talent Review, coaching, leadership assessments, and related programs.
• Drive standardization of TLOD practices across segments, global functions, and countries.
• Ensure flawless execution of TLOD initiatives that advance the People Strategy.
