Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial Vice President of Professional Education to lead a university-wide portfolio of non-credit professional, executive, corporate and workforce education. This senior executive will align markets, pricing and delivery to create a premier, outcomes-driven education enterprise with global reach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, education, aviation/aerospace, engineering, workforce development or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in professional or enterprise education settings.
• Experience with consultative sales, strategic partnerships and enterprise contracts.
• Experience with pricing, contracting, P&L management, budgeting, marketing, customer acquisition and analytics.
• Experience overseeing multimodal delivery models and international or global operations.
• Ability to govern a broad portfolio, align distributed stakeholders and make enterprise-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the professional education portfolio, including certificates, executive workshops, micro-credentials and on-demand pathways.
• Build a disciplined U.S. and global consultative sales approach with corporations, governments, associations and learners.
• Guide program development, launches, renewals, stackability and retirements across the portfolio.
• Coordinate delivery across asynchronous, synchronous, hybrid, online, on-site and campus-based formats and partners.
