Job summary

• Define and execute clear, multi-year product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Implement best-in-class product management processes and portfolio governance, utilizing metrics and stage-gate reviews.
• Continuously improve planning and delivery of products and integrated solutions.
• Oversee full product lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life and drive timely launches.
• Drive portfolio revenue growth, profitability, and ROI with business cases and pricing influence.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability, quality, and effective go-to-market execution.
• Champion a customer-centric approach using VOC, market research, and competitive intelligence.
• Identify and pursue new technology or business models to enhance offerings and competitiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing global product excellence team with clear goals and mentorship.
