Lumentum International (Thailand) seeks a Vice President of Product Engineering to lead strategy and performance across multiple InP wafer fabs, delivering scalable manufacturing solutions.

The role partners with wafer fab operations, process engineering, device design, epitaxy, test, reliability, quality, supply chain, packaging, sales, and program management to establish common methods and priorities across sites while guiding product from development through ramp, sustaining, and end-of-life

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience leading product engineering across multiple fabs.
• Strong data-driven decision making and performance monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global product engineering strategy, operating model, staffing plan, technical roadmap, and budget for multiple InP wafer fabs.
• Lead and develop product engineering teams responsible for new product introduction, production ramp, sustaining engineering, yield improvement, test strategy, and cost reduction.
• Define ownership, decision rights, escalation paths, and performance expectations across sites.
• Establish standard methods, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across fabs.
