Lumentum Operations LLC is seeking a Vice President of Global Workplace & Facilities to lead strategy, operations, and capital planning for photonics fabrication, advanced manufacturing, R&D labs, and corporate workplaces worldwide. The role partners with executive leadership to align infrastructure investments with long-term business objectives.

The VP will oversee global facilities engineering, EHS, sustainability, and risk management, ensuring scalable, safe, and cost-effective operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, engineering, manufacturing ops or related functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global workplace and facilities strategy.
Lead global facilities operations, engineering, maintenance, and services.
Ensure safe, reliable, cost-effective operation of critical infrastructure (cleanrooms, utilities).
Establish global standards, governance, KPIs, and best practices.
Develop long-range capacity plans and infrastructure roadmaps.
Lead global capital planning and execution of site expansions and renovations.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
Establish EHS policies and regulatory compliance across sites.
Drive sustainability, energy management, and business continuity programs.
Manage global facilities budgets and vendor relationships.
Build and develop a high-performing global organization of facilities professionals.
