Job summary

UFC Performance Institute (UFCPI) in Las Vegas leads the world’s first MMA multi-disciplinary research and training center. The Vice President, Operations will drive global operations, manage facilities, and enable world-class program delivery for UFC athletes and partners.

The role requires 10+ years in senior operations, cross-functional leadership, and a proven ability to scale processes across international sites.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership experience in global operations.
• Experience leading multi-site, cross-functional or global operations.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable operating plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and direction to UFCPI global operations across locations.
• Oversee facilities in Las Vegas, Shanghai, Mexico City and future growth markets.
• Establish scalable operating models, governance, SOPs and service standards.
• Align operations with performance, medical, science, and commercial stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs, targets, reporting, and continuous improvement across the network.
