Job summary

Ultimate Fighting Championship is seeking a Vice President of Operations for UFC Performance Institute’s global footprint. The role leads strategy, governance, and execution of facilities, services, and operations across Las Vegas and international sites.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive efficiency, safety, and exceptional service delivery for world-class MMA athletes and staff. This is a high-impact, executive-level position with global responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field.
• 10+ years in senior operations leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site/global operations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable operations.
• Strong budgeting and vendor-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to UFCPI’s global operations across Las Vegas, Shanghai, Mexico City.
• Coordinate execution across business, facility, and support functions.
• Advance global operations strategy aligning with athlete services and growth.
• Ensure consistent standards and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Develop operating models with governance frameworks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align operations.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, inventory, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Lead an operations team including facilities, logistics, and site operations.
