Job summary

Ipsos US seeks a Vice President/Senior Director for Panel Management & Online Communities to lead global panel initiatives for a top tech industry account. You will drive strategic partnerships, optimize panel health, and oversee end-to-end lifecycle excellence across regions.

You will mentor teams, implement innovative research tech, ensure data quality, and manage budgets with a focus on profitability and client success. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in market research operations, custom panel management, or research data management.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing complex enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to manage demanding enterprise tech clients with poise and diplomacy.
• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Data Analytics, Quantitative Social Sciences, or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the strategic roadmap for custom panel expansion, panelist acquisition, and retention globally.
• Drive organic business development, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while overseeing budgets and profitability.
• Standardize global workflows to maximize delivery speed and data integrity.
• Lead the adoption of AI/automation to support business and attract new opportunities.
