Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership role in retail solutions or tech
• Deep knowledge of cloud systems and major providers
• Executive presence with customer-facing experience
• Experience leading large engineering teams (100-250+)
• Track record of large-scale, scalable POS/IoT/cloud solutions
• Understanding of security standards and PCI certifications
• Experience with cloud-native software development and modern architectures
• Proficient in front-end, back-end, cloud and database technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead a global engineering organization across multiple locations
• Oversee a significant business portfolio and revenue streams
• Define and drive technology vision and architectural roadmap
• Collaborate with CTO and executives to deliver retail tech solutions
