Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide distributed teams across regions, fostering a high-performance culture. You will champion AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and AI-supported reviews, while shaping cloud-native architectures on AWS.

You will mentor engineering managers, drive cross-functional collaboration with product and analytics, and establish robust processes for delivery, quality, and technical debt management in a rapidly growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive engineering leadership experience across multiple regions.
• Track record of managing remote, distributed teams.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and AWS.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop senior engineering talent.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global engineering teams, mentor managers, and drive collaboration across regions.
• Define architectural vision for scalable, secure, cost-efficient applications on AWS.
• Champion AI-powered development tools to boost velocity and quality.
• Establish operating models, sprint processes, and release practices.
• Develop and report engineering metrics to improve delivery and quality.
• Partner with product, analytics, and customer success to align roadmaps.
