Job summary

Verra Mobility in New York, NY seeks a VP, International Portfolio to own Automated Enforcement and Tolls and Violations portfolios cradle to grave across the international business, reporting to the SVP, Software Engineering. Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years in technology or product leadership roles.
• Education: a bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is a plus.
• Global Leadership: proven success leading multi-region teams across time zones.
• P&L Management: direct ownership of financial performance and budgeting.
• Regulatory Breadth: familiarity with procurement/data privacy/tolling laws.
• Domain Knowledge: experience in automated enforcement or tolling is preferred.
• Talent Development: ability to identify and grow local leaders.
• Travel Readiness: willing to travel regularly across regions.

Responsibilities

• Global Portfolio & P&L Ownership: cradle to grave accountability for portfolios.
• Appointed Portfolio Leadership: ensure owners are true technical and commercial leads.
• Cross Region Coordination: manage APAC and European operations overlap.
• Support Ownership: oversee international support across time zones.
• Global Operating Rhythm: design cadence for cross-region collaboration.
• Follow the Sun Coordination: handoff practices for continuous coverage.
• Travel & Presence Strategy: active in-person presence across regions.
• Local Market Enablement: fluent in regional regulatory and market realities.
• Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: stay current on cross-region rules.
• Enterprise Coherence & Partnership: align with domestic standards and leadership.
• Executive Reporting: regularly report portfolio health and risk.
