Job summary

Verra Mobility in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a VP, International Portfolio to own Automated Enforcement and Tolls and Violations across regions, reporting to the SVP, Software Engineering. This role combines technology strategy with full P&L accountability across markets.

You will set the strategy for leading across time zones, ensure local market fluency, and maintain cross-region coordination, travel internationally, and align with domestic standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology or product leadership roles.
• 5+ years owning an international or multi-region P&L.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in automated enforcement, tolling, or government-facing tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cradle-to-grave accountability for Automated Enforcement and Tolls and Violations portfolios, including technology strategy and full P&L.
• Ensure each portfolio has an appointed leader who is the true owner of their business.
• Design cross-region coordination between APAC and European operations to ensure accountability and coverage.
• Oversee international support as part of the portfolio's lifecycle accountability.
