Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or a closely related field.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality design and leadership.
• Ability to lead complex, high-value design programs across regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership for Interior Design across hospitality portfolios.
• Establish a clear creative vision translating brand and guest-experience objectives into design solutions.
• Lead strategy, reviews, and realization from initiation through completion with ROI focus.
• Partner with executives, regional teams, operations, architecture, and procurement.
• Lead and develop a global design team and governance standards.
