Job summary

Workiva Inc. seeks a strategic Vice President of Solutions for Financial Services to lead global FS vertical strategy and expansion across Banking, Insurance and Asset Management.

You will drive regulatory alignment, reporting, governance and sustainability initiatives while partnering with C-suite clients, advisory firms, and technology partners to scale adoption of Workiva’s platform. You will shape product roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and define KPIs to measure growth,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in Financial Services in enterprise B2B SaaS or management consulting.
• Deep expertise across Banking, Insurance and Asset Management with knowledge of global regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record building and executing GTM strategies for B2B tech in FS.
• Experience partnering with advisory firms, technology partners and ecosystem players.

Responsibilities

• Lead global FS vertical strategy across Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management.
• Define and execute annual and multi-year business plans with revenue and customer success goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing to align roadmaps with FS needs.
• Drive cross-functional prioritization and vertical-enabled GTM initiatives.
• Represent Workiva externally as an FS market executive and voice of the vertical.
