The company’s commercial offering, AIStor, is built for the exascale data infrastructure challenges presented by modern AI workloads. Designed for mission-critical, production workloads, MinIO is deployed by 77% of the F100 and powers many of the largest private cloud AI deployments in the world. MinIO is looking for a Global VP Enterprise Sales.

As the Global VP of Enterprise Sales, you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for building and leading the enterprise sales organization, developing scalable processes, and driving revenue growth. You will own the sales strategy, including customer acquisition, revenue forecasting, and team development for this global organization. This is an opportunity to shape the trajectory of a high-potential startup and make a significant impact on the business.

What You Will Do:

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive global sales leadership experience
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the object storage market, cloud infrastructure, and data management ecosystems.
  • Track Record: Proven success driving revenue growth in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment, ideally leading a company from early-stage to scale.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a world-class sales team.
  • Strategic Mindset: Data-driven decision-maker with a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
