Job summary

Genius Sports is seeking a senior executive to lead its global Customer Success organization, overseeing agency partnerships and managed services across the betting and gaming ad business. You will shape strategy, scale the team, and drive revenue outcomes as part of the senior leadership.

The role focuses on post-sales success, onboarding, adoption, renewal, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Customer Success or Commercial Leadership within Ad Tech or media.
• Deep understanding of programmatic media and data targeting.
• Proven track record building and scaling global teams and managing multimillion-dollar portfolios.
• Strong executive presence with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee a unified post-sales strategy aligned to commercial objectives.
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, performance, renewal, and revenue retention.
• Directly manage senior team leads, with clear KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Scale the organization globally and own multi-market revenue outcomes.
• Partner with Sales to align pre- and post-sales motions and improve time-to-value.
