Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a highly experienced leader for the role of Senior Vice President, Construction Project Management and Access Control, responsible for delivery, implementation, operation and governance of access control and video systems worldwide.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage migrations from legacy CCure and American Dynamics to Genetec, and oversee global access control offices, badge processing and device programming.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical security technology, access control, and video systems.
• Proven track record leading global programs and managing third-party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise access control and security infrastructure.
• Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Familiarity with asset management, audits, and compliance in corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day installation and commissioning of access control and video systems globally.
• Lead migration from legacy CCure/AMERICAN DYNAMICS to Genetec with risk management.
• Manage global Access Control Offices, badge distribution and employee processing.
• Program new access control and video devices.
• Enforce global naming conventions for device management.
• Coordinate firmware updates and patching across systems.
• Coordinate with General Contractors to meet timelines and security design requirements.
• Collaborate with network teams for configurations and infrastructure.
• Support audits and compliance for badge data and access records.
• Engage security integrators to ensure ESO policy compliance.
