Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a trade association context.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual Call for Volunteers process for 450+ WERC members.
• Lead the coordination and high-touch support of 60+ volunteer groups and subcommittees.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for board meetings, highlighting committee progress.
