Goodera is seeking an Emcee to support and lead corporate volunteering activities in Orlando, delivering engaging experiences for clients and volunteers worldwide.

As part of a global host community, you will manage end-to-end events, energize audiences, and ensure memorable outcomes for our Fortune 500 clientele and nonprofit partners. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to impact social good on a global stage.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with ability to build rapport with volunteers.
• Public speaking proficiency to engage audiences.
• English fluency; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Passion for social impact and volunteering.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing event situations.
• Strong problem-solving when challenges arise.

Responsibilities

• Host and manage volunteering events for corporate teams.
• Represent Goodera with high engagement standards.
• Communicate clearly and build connections with volunteers.
• Ensure end-to-end event experience from setup to wrap-up.
• Lead the full event journey, including materials and logistics.
• Capture moments to create memorable volunteer experiences.
• Coordinate setup, materials checks, volunteer instructions, and contingency plans.
• Engage with nonprofits and beneficiaries to deepen impact.
• Show passion for social impact and understanding of volunteering outcomes.
