Job summary

Goodera is seeking dynamic Emcees/Event Hosts to lead corporate volunteering experiences end-to-end—from setup and facilitation to wrap-up. As the face of Goodera on the ground, you will ensure volunteers have a seamless, engaging, and meaningful experience while supporting nonprofit partners effectively.

You should have strong public speaking or facilitation experience, the ability to engage groups of 30-100 participants, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage event setup and logistics, including materials, inventory, and volunteer instructions
• Facilitate the full event flow: introductions, agenda, engagement activities, and closing
• Deliver a high-energy, engaging experience for participants
• Capture event highlights (photos, feedback, attendance) for post-event reporting
• Coordinate with nonprofit partners to align on goals and execution
• Troubleshoot and adapt in real time to ensure smooth delivery
