Job summary

Goodera is seeking engaging Emcee/Event Hosts to lead corporate volunteering experiences end-to-end—from setup to facilitation to wrap-up—so volunteers leave energized and nonprofits feel supported. You will join a global community of 2,000+ hosts, represent Goodera on the ground with warmth and confidence, and create memorable experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

The role suits natural communicators who read the room, manage group dynamics, and stay calm when plans shift,

Qualifications

• Public speaking or facilitation experience across corporate events
• Strong people skills and emotional intelligence
• Bonus: background in acting, improv, or teaching

Responsibilities

• Handle setup and logistics: materials check, volunteer instructions, and contingency planning
• Host and facilitate the full event flow: introductions, check-in, icebreakers, agenda, impact moments, and closing
• Keep energy high and instructions crystal clear throughout
• Make volunteers feel welcome, included, and confident in what they're doing
• Capture impact: photos/videos, quotes, attendance notes, and recap highlights
• Troubleshoot in real time and keep the group calm when plans shift
