Job summary

Lakewood Church seeks an experienced Visual Content Producer Photography to lead planning, capture, editing, and delivery of high-quality photography for campaigns, events, and ministry initiatives.

This hands-on role requires strong visual storytelling, ability to manage shoots end-to-end, collaboration with branding and ministry partners, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Christ-like character and professional conduct.
• Extensive professional photography experience in marketing, editorial, events.
• Advanced knowledge of lighting, exposure, color, lensing and composition.
• Ability to plan and execute productions from concept through final delivery.
• Experience applying brand guidelines for high-visibility brands.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead photography projects from concept through final delivery.
• Develop briefs, mood boards, shot lists and schedules.
• Coordinate locations, resources, timelines for shoots.
• Direct on-set subjects, environments and staff as needed.
• Edit and retouch using Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Prepare assets for print, web, social and LED walls.
• Maintain asset management and file organization.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
