Qualifications

• Preference given to coaching certification and business background.
• Ability to work as part of a coaching department and other teams.
• Proficient computer skills and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to influence and build rapport with clients worldwide.
• Work from home capability with at least two years of coaching history.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Plan coaching schedules and execute plans to meet objectives.
• Maintain records of coaching results, challenges and breakthroughs.
• Refer clients to events, products, and ongoing coaching as needed.
• Build strong client relationships to create loyal clients.
• Introduce clients to Tony Robbins total immersion experiences.
