• Partner with event production, event technology, and vendor teams to translate strategy into high-quality, scalable experiences.
• Establish standards, playbooks, and best practices for virtual event programming and elevate attendee experience and engagement.
• Define and track KPIs for virtual events, using data and insights to optimize programming and demonstrate business impact.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders on virtual event strategy, priorities, and investment decisions.
