• Own the virtual event strategy for AWS Global Events, setting the vision and roadmap for how virtual experiences are designed, delivered, and measured.
• Define new formats and channels to differentiate AWS virtual programming.
• Develop innovative ideas for virtual programming from concept through execution with content and production teams.
• Partner with event production, technology, and vendor teams to deliver high-quality, scalable experiences.
• Establish playbooks and best practices to raise attendee experience and engagement.
• Define and track KPIs to optimize programming and demonstrate business impact.
• Influence senior stakeholders on strategy, priorities, and investment decisions.
