Job summary

DuPont is seeking a highly experienced Reliability Engineer to serve as the global SME and program owner for vibration analysis and machinery condition monitoring. This role drives strategy, standardization, and deployment of vibration and other condition monitoring across the DuPont asset base, leading a network of sites and partnership with suppliers.

The candidate will lead the governance of standards, drive KPI metrics, and steer technology adoption in online monitoring, IPM, lubrication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years industrial reliability or maintenance experience.
  • 5+ years experience in vibration analysis and machinery diagnostics.
  • Vibration Analysis Certification (ISO II or higher).
  • Experience with rotating equipment reliability and vibration monitoring technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Global program leadership for vibration monitoring and machinery condition monitoring across sites.
  • Provide technical leadership on route-based and online vibration monitoring technologies and predictive maintenance.
  • Develop, maintain, and govern corporate standards for vibration hardware, software, data, and service providers.
  • Build training and certification roadmaps, workshops, and capability development for analysts and engineers.
