Job summary

DuPont is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to lead vibration analysis and Machinery Condition Monitoring across its global asset base.

This role combines technical leadership, standardization, and governance, driving strategic roadmaps and KPI definitions. Proximity to manufacturing sites is welcome.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in industrial reliability, ISO vibration certs, and experience with online monitoring and AI-enabled predictive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years industrial reliability or maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in vibration analysis and machinery diagnostics.
• Vibration Analysis Certification (ISO Category II minimum).
• Preferred ISO Category III or IV vibration certification.
• Experience with online monitoring systems and AI-enabled maintenance technologies.
• Experience with enterprise vibration platforms and data standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead global vibration monitoring strategy, standards, and governance.
• Direct the global vibration analysis network across sites.
• Develop and maintain corporate standards for hardware, software, and data.
• Establish program metrics, KPIs to measure value and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership for route-based and online monitoring technologies.
• Define asset strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver improvements.
