Affirm is a remote-first company redefining credit. We seek a Director, Vendor Strategy & Operations to lead global BPO and vendor operations, partnering across Product, Engineering, and Finance to optimize the customer experience and cost-to-serve.

You will own governance, performance, and strategic initiatives across a growing vendor network. You will manage Vendor Managers and In-Country Vendors, driving data-driven decisions, and shaping a culture that blends AI with human-centered

Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer operations or vendor program leadership for global scale businesses.
• 10+ years leading managers and/or complex global operational vendor organizations.
• Proven success managing outsourced operations across multiple geographies.
• Experience deploying AI/automation to improve BPO environments at scale.
• Strong analytical background translating trends into actionable leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategy for affirm's global customer operations vendor network.
• Reinvent issue resolution and experience across the vendor network as an innovation hub.
• Establish governance, performance standards, and accountability across the ecosystem.
• Lead executive vendor governance forums and strategic planning.
• Partner on vendor selection, expansion, and network design.
