Job summary

Vectrus, Inc. seeks a Vehicle Management Superintendent to oversee global fleet management, maintenance, and operations. You will lead a team, ensure vehicle readiness, and coordinate repairs, service programs, and compliance with DoD policy and OEM specifications.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of diesel/gasoline engines, safety standards, and ability to travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations, including embassies, to support vehicle readiness and mission success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college-level courses in Business Administration or Vehicle Maintenance are desirable.
• Two (2) years of experience in vehicle maintenance support; a Training Certificate from Technical School is required/desired.
• ASE Certification and CDL are specified in the job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, or advise members of the Client’s vehicle fleet management and maintenance team.
• Direct the establishment and operation of shop stock lists for field repair and maintenance operations.
• Establish and enforce maintenance facility safety programs and SOPs.
• Manage calibration requirements and oil analysis programs.
• Prepare vehicle readiness reports and maintain SOPs for maintenance areas.
• Direct emergency recovery and repair for all organizational vehicles.
