Federal Express Corporation in Indianapolis, IN seeks a dispatcher to handle routine and emergency calls, dispatch the appropriate personnel, and coordinate mobile crews to respond to calls. You will monitor communications and update records.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of ramp or dispatch experience, proficiency with PC applications (Word/Excel), strong communication, and the ability to work in a busy office with multiple dispatches.

Demonstrated knowledge of ramp locations (slides and door locations).
Proficient in use of PC (Microsoft word and excel).

Excellent human relations and communications skills.
Ability to complete appropriate training.
Ability to work multiple and varying shifts based on business needs.

The desired location for this position would be Indianapolis, IN. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
