- Blue Yonder's Transformation Advisory team is seeking a results-oriented, supply chain professional to lead value-based engagements to discover, enable, and/or expand Customer value from Blue Yonder solutions.
Scope
- This individual will support value-based engagements to define supply chain strategies, processes, and transformation roadmaps for customers, supported by a strong business case and value proposition for deploying Blue Yonder Solutions.
- Utilize value engagements to drive Blue Yonder sales revenue.
- This role involves working with current and potential Blue Yonder Customers in the Retail space within the Americas and globally.
- Conduct research on prospects to define engagement scope and assist in account planning with sales teams.
- Be part of a ~25-person global Transformation Advisory team that uses a value-based, consultative sales approach with proven methodologies.
- This is an individual contributor role that requires collaboration and guidance for core responsibilities.
What you'll do
Research client and prospects
- Perform financial and operational data analysis to identify supply chain performance improvements.
- Conduct market and industry research to understand dynamics, challenges, trends, and competition.
Build financial models
- Create value proposition models and ROI/business case models for Blue Yonder solutions.
- Maintain data repositories and tools for financial analysis.
Lead Strategic Opportunity Assessments (SOAs)
- Support site surveys, interviews, workshops; understand customer objectives and processes.
- Develop hypotheses on business issues and perform data analysis to validate them.
- Benchmark performance and develop recommendations for process and IT improvements.
- Articulate business impacts and develop transformation roadmaps.
Lead prescriptive Point of View workshops
- Assess customer practices and develop prescriptive recommendations.
- Create presentations with proof points and business impacts.
Lead Strategic Impact Assessments (SIAs)
- Quantify delivered value and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Develop roadmaps for additional solutions and create compelling presentations.
Overarching
- Stay ahead of industry best practices and be recognized as a thought leader.
- Guide customers in process improvements and complex sales cycles.
- Support sales teams in proposal development and presentations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in supply chain, specifically Retail.
- 3+ years in value-based engagements in software, SaaS, and consulting.
- Understanding of end-to-end retail supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level and operational audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree; bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
- Supply chain certifications preferred.
Additional Information
