Kite Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Director, Global Value & Access Strategy (GVAS), Cell-therapy Autoimmune. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite) in El Segundo, Thousand Oaks, or Foster City, CA, reporting to the Senior Director, GVA Lead.

You will drive global market access and evidence generation for autoimmune cell therapies. You will partner with Clinical, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to shape payer strategies, inform development plans, and support future launches

Qualificações

• 8+ years with a PhD/PharmD or 10+ years with MS/MA, MBA, PharmD, PhD or equivalent
• 12+ years with BS/BA
• 3+ years of direct experience supporting autoimmune programs
• Strong understanding of autoimmune disease treatment paradigms
• Experience with cell therapy and/or gene therapy strongly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Global Market Access representative for assigned autoimmune programs.
• Lead the development of global value and access strategies across the product lifecycle, from early development through launch and lifecycle management.
• Ensure payer, HTA, and health system perspectives are reflected in development, evidence generation, pricing, and commercialization strategies.
• Partner with regional and country access teams to develop integrated global-to-local reimbursement strategies.
• Collaborate with HEOR, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial functions to develop value evidence strategies.
