Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma with an advanced degree.
• Experience in market access, pricing, and HTA.
• Direct autoimmune or cell therapy exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Global Market Access representative for assigned autoimmune programs.
• Lead the development of global value and access strategies across the product lifecycle.
• Ensure payer perspectives are reflected in development, evidence generation, pricing, and launch planning.
• Partner with HEOR, RWE, Medical Affairs and Commercial to craft value evidence.
• Influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Collaborate with regional teams to translate global strategy to local plans.
