Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in the United States seeks an Associate Director (P4) End to End Planner for vaccine supply planning. You will lead the E2E product supply team, develop robust demand and supply plans, and partner with manufacturing, commercial and finance to align on 0-36 month horizons.

The role emphasizes coordinating with site planning, operations, and regional leaders to ensure on-time delivery while managing inventory targets and supply disruptions in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, or related regulated industry.
• Experience supporting end-to-end supply planning processes across a manufacturing network.
• Experience working with master data governance, ERP systems, and planning systems to support supply chain execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead End to End Product Supply Team for assigned product and develop supply plans and scenarios.
• Balance and integrate dependent demand across nodes/regions to optimize inventory and P&L.
• Drive Product Inventory Plan performance and coordinate with Commercial and Value Chain teams.
• Own supply execution strategies for global source changes and regional allocations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites and commercial stakeholders to meet demand and mitigate bottlenecks.
