Job summary

Merck & Co. seeks a senior leader to guide a team of subject matter experts providing in-depth technical support for vaccine analytical methods across HPV and PCV franchises.

You will oversee method support within commercial labs and interface with QA, regulatory, and external partners to drive lifecycle management and risk mitigation. The role requires extensive GMP analytics experience, leadership, method validation/transfer expertise, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong Quality control background with GMP analytical methods experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional leaders.
• Experience with Analytical Method Validation and ICH Q2/Q14 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead SMEs and coordinate analytical method lifecycle management.
• Drive reference standards and critical reagent strategy across vaccine franchises.
• Collaborate with QA, regulatory, and external partners to support regulatory submissions and method transfers.
