Job summary

Universal Destinations & Experiences is seeking a Designer, UXUI to join the Global UXUI team in Orlando. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities that enhance customer engagement and revenue through elegant, seamless experiences across web and mobile.

The role requires a strong portfolio and 3–5 years in ecommerce or loyalty programs, with expertise in UX, visual design, typography and interaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant UXUI design experience in ecommerce or digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, visual design and interaction design.
• Experience across marketing, personalization, and engagement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end UXUI design from ideation to delivery.
• Create design artifacts and guidelines for cross-channel experiences.
• Collaborate with business, design and IT leaders on design initiatives.
• Lead content design workflows partnering with teams across the company.
• Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per UO policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
