Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort seeks a Designer, UXUI to join the Global UXUI Experience Design team, driving elegant digital experiences across web, app and off-channel products for Universal destinations worldwide. You will collaborate with business, design and IT leaders, translate user needs into design artifacts, and contribute to growth through design-driven engagement and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UX/UI design experience on ecommerce, rewards or loyalty programs.
• Must present a portfolio showing UX, visual design and interaction design excellence.
• Strong brand creation experience and ability to translate requirements into design artifacts.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision and Abstract; familiarity with CMS and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product design across multiple channels to deliver seamless experiences.
• Synthesize UX patterns, consumer trends and provide design artifacts for best practices.
• Collaborate with business, design and IT leaders on design initiatives.
• Lead content design and end-to-end workflows with cross-functional partners.
• Advocate for accessibility and ensure designs meet standards across platforms.
• Continuously improve with feedback, prototyping, testing and iteration.
