Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an Upstream Marketing Manager for the PASCAL TEER portfolio. This role leads global upstream marketing, shaping strat- egies, roadmaps, and business cases to drive TEER innovation and adoption.

You will partner with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs, translating clinician insights into actionable product and value propositions. This in-person role is based in Irvine, CA with ~25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream marketing initiatives for global PASCAL TEER portfolio.
• Partner with Portfolio Leadership to develop growth strategies and roadmaps.
• Translate insights into product requirements, inputs, and commercialization plans.
• Establish and nurture global TEER KOLs and advisory networks.
