Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Director of Specialty Compliance and Ethics for Global User-Generated Content (UGC) Compliance in Bentonville, AR. This senior role will build and lead a comprehensive compliance program for user-submitted content across digital marketplaces and social platforms.

You will collaborate with Global Tech, Product, and Engineering to deploy scalable moderation solutions, leverage AI/ML to improve safety, and align compliance with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion and continuous improvement of a global UGC compliance program.
• Govern enterprise-wide moderation policies, controls, and escalation pathways for legal/regulatory risks.
• Measure effectiveness using analytics, BI, and monitoring programs to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Global Tech, Product, and Engineering to deploy scalable moderation and safety solutions.
