Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, UDI PMO to lead governance, strategy and execution for the global UDI program across Raynham, MA and Ringaskiddy, Ireland. This role drives regulatory compliance, data integrity and scalable UDI processes with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in a technical field and 8–10 years in regulated environments; PMP, PgMP or Lean Six Sigma are preferred. Travel is limited domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years in Quality, Regulatory, Technology, or Program Management in regulated industry.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional, global programs.
• Strong knowledge of UDI regulations and quality system requirements.
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, labeling, master data, regulatory systems).
• PMO leadership experience within Technology Quality or QA organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO for UDI program, establishing governance, roadmaps and metrics.
• Oversee UDI‑related technology initiatives across ERP, labeling and master data.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, IT, and Commercial teams.
• Maintain inspection readiness and robust documentation and risk management.
• Develop and mentor PMO/UDI professionals and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement timely updates; manage risks.
