Johnson & Johnson in the United States is seeking a Sr Manager Global UDI PMO to lead the strategic planning, governance, and execution of the UDI program across global sites. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership and deep knowledge of regulatory requirements to ensure data integrity and inspection readiness.

You will partner with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, IT, and Commercial teams to drive compliant UDI execution and continuous improvement across ERP, labeling, and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Quality, or related field required.
• Master’s degree (MS, MBA) preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Quality, Regulatory, Technology, or Program Management within a regulated industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead the UDI Program Management Office (PMO) with governance, roadmaps, milestones, and metrics aligned to global regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic oversight for UDI‑related technology initiatives across ERP, labeling, master data, and regulatory systems.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, IT, and Commercial teams to drive end‑to‑end UDI compliance.
• Ensure inspection readiness through robust documentation, risk management, change control, and audit support.
• Lead and develop a team of PMO and UDI professionals, fostering accountability and a quality culture.
• Monitor global regulatory changes related to UDI and implement required updates.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and resource planning for on‑time delivery.
• Drive process optimization and standardization using PMO best practices.
