Quantum-Systems GmbH is looking for a UAV Instructor/Demo Manager to lead and conduct product demonstrations and training sessions internationally. The ideal candidate will have a military or intelligence background and experience working with fixed-wing UAS. This role requires strong presentation skills and the ability to prepare engaging training documentation in German and English.

Qualifications

• Military, police, or intelligence background with operational experience abroad.
• Experience training military forces and/or law enforcement agencies.
• High motivation and confidence in presentations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion and function of UAS equipment for demos/training.
• Create instructional materials in German and English.
• Guide training sessions for fixed-wing UAVs and assess performance.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective clients.

Skills

Independent planning of training sessions

Experience with fixed-wing UAS
