Job summary

Syneos Health, a leading life sciences services organization, seeks a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I to support feasibility, recruitment planning, and in-life trial optimization across global studies. You will partner with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, and analytics to identify enrollment opportunities, address challenges, and drive participant recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
Ability to work with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other business partners.
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop clear reports, plans, updates, and study-facing materials.
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

Support program feasibility and trial optimization planning with data and benchmarks.
Lead recruitment and retention planning during feasibility and budgeting.
Oversee enrollment support materials and vendor activities during trials.
Monitor enrollment performance and prepare standard reporting.
Collaborate with study teams, vendors, and legal to align on requirements.
