Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist/PM I (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote - US only) to support feasibility, recruitment planning, and in-life trial optimization across global studies. You’ll partner with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other stakeholders to translate goals into practical strategies for study execution.

Ideal candidates will combine trial operations experience with strong data interpretation, collaboration, and written communication

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Ability to work with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other business partners.
• Strong written communication skills, including development of clear reports and study-facing materials.
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

• Support program feasibility and trial optimization planning with data and modeling inputs.
• Assist in recruitment and retention planning, including budget estimates and vendor coordination.
• Support enrollment and in-life trial management, including reporting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with study teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other partners to execute plans.
